First of all we have started wellness this month only after next month we will start personal care,Home care,FMCG .I hope within six month this AVIKALPA become leading  organisation in india

My father Kamlesh Dutt Tripathi  become Life time professor Ameretus  in Bharat Adhyan kendra Bhu Varanasi ,he was Executive counceller., At present he is Chanceller कुलाधिपति इंटरनेशनल हिंदी यूनिवर्सिटी वर्धा नागपुर, Two time President  Awarded him ,17th Oct.2019 Awarded by Home Minister Amit saha in Varanasi  as Sahitya Sur veer 2019.,He is international scholar of Sanskrit and Natyasastra.

Dr Kiran Tripathi did Msc.In Microbiology from Manipal university Mangalore ,then did Phd from Institute  of Medical  science BHU varanasi then she work as junior research  fellowship.,Her first job in Ahmedabad 2000 In Cadela Pharmaceutical as RND Research Scientist for two year.Her Phd topic is Immunology of kala azar (Disease) then 2002 She joined Assistance professor in People Medical and research Centre Anand for another two year ,then 2004 she join Private Medical college Dheeraj Medical College and research center vadodara Gujrat She work there for five year then she promoted as Associate Professor and then she promote and changed another Medical college Big group L N Medical college and research center as Associate Professor and then2009 to 2018 she continue there as asociat to direct promotion as professor in LN Medical college Bhopal we live there 9 year then 2018 March finally she joined Goverment Medical college Datia Mp .Got.Medical college datia she joined as professor department of microbiology and now she is HOD and senior Wordan in Datia.total 19 year she is continued there job.
